Over the years many tenants have used the PIE Act unfairly to their advantage, causing severe headaches and financial loss to the landlord. I have become an expert in speedy evictions and rental recovery and have set my sights on becoming the name in evictions litigation. I have full knowledge of the Act as well as the procedures in giving a speedy resolution to your problem tenants.

I also realise that this is a stressful time for the landowner who often suffers as a result of the tenant not paying and thereafter also suffers as a result of the high costs of legal fees.

In order to take the guess work out of the process and to provide you with peace of mind I have developed a flat fee arrangement in terms of which I charge a fee of R5,000 plus VAT. The only cost over and above this will be the sheriff's fees. In order to move speedily forward I would require a deposit of R2,500 plus VAT together with a copy of the lease agreement and any correspondence which has flowed between the parties. The balance will become immediately payable upon the granting of the final eviction order.
